About The Brand

Driven by his deep fascination for technology, expertise and passion for racing cars, and sensitivity to detailed design and ergonomics, Richard Mille launched his own luxury watch brand in 2001. His primary goal was to push the envelope, creating timepieces composed of movements and materials that had never been seen before. Richard Mille’s uncompromising timepieces began with the introduction of his flagship watch, the RM 001 Tourbillon. Developed in collaboration with Renaud et Papi, the research and development arm of Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille’s inaugural watch soon became a renowned spectacle in the Swiss luxury market. Throughout the brand’s brief yet impressive history, Richard Mille has established itself at the forefront of the beach to tux trend, designing pieces that are equally stunning as they are durable. Indulge in Mille’s iconic tonneau-shaped, lightweight, and shock-resistant pieces when you explore our pre-owned collections of RM 35-02 RM11-03 , and RM67-02 models.

Richard Mille Racing & Relationships

When collectors and enthusiasts think of Richard Mille, they often recall its association with motorsport racing and famous athletes around the world. In 2002, Richard Mille introduced the tourbillon RM 003, a dual time zone watch that became a major participant in the 1st edition of the Le Mans Classic. Since then, the brand has built long-standing relationships with other racers and sports stars with limited edition pieces. First in 2004, Richard Mille created the RM 006 tourbillon watch for Formula One race car driver Felipe Massa. This piece boasted a shock resistance up to 500G and remains a remarkable piece in Mille’s collection. Then in 2010, Rafael Nadal flaunted the RM027 when he won his first US Open Tournament. But perhaps most notable of all, professional golfer Bubba Watson wore a Richard Mille watch while winning the 2012 Masters Tournament, as the materials are both shock resistant and lightweight, a perfect combination for wearing while playing golf. High-Caliber Richard Mille Movements & Materials

It’s no secret that innovation in movement and material is the cornerstone of the Richard Mille brand. From state of the art in-house calibers with tourbillon, chronograph, and GMT functions, to the groundbreaking use of materials, what Richard Mille has accomplished is simply jaw-dropping. Mille’s adoration for racing and aerospace prompted him to explore uncharted territory, implementing new materials that had not yet been used to manufacture a watch. Timepieces no longer had to be made of platinum or gold to be considered valuable—Richard Mille paved his own path to luxury using materials like titanium, carbon nanofibres, Aluminium-Lithium, Anticorodal 100, Phynox, and graphene. He was inspired by the high-tech materials used in aeronautics, Formula 1, and precision surgery. While this brand is certainly inspiring in its own right, our collection of pre-owned tourbillon , chronograph , and skeleton pieces come from a variety of luxury brands as well.
