Explore the pre-owned Patek Philippe Nautilus Ref. 5726A, launched in 2010 as the first Nautilus fitted with an annual calendar. Patek Philippe introduced this stainless steel execution on a leather strap, two years before the bracelet-equipped Ref. 5726/1A joined the family. The original Ref. 5726A remained the strap model and is now discontinued. The Ref. 5726A-001 combines a 40.5 mm steel case with a black-to-gray gradient dial. Day and month appear through apertures at 12 o'clock, while the lower register brings together the date, moon phase, and 24-hour indication in a layout informed by Patek Philippe's vintage perpetual-calendar watches. A sapphire case back reveals the self-winding movement. Early examples contain caliber 324 S QA LU 24H/303, while later documented examples use caliber 26-330 S QA LU 24H/441.
