Introduced in 2010, the Patek Philippe Nautilus Ref. 5726 was the first Nautilus equipped with an annual calendar. Its display places day and month in apertures at 12 o'clock, while the date, moon phase, and 24-hour indication share the subdial at 6 o'clock. The reference debuted in stainless steel on a leather strap with a dark gradient dial. In 2012, Patek Philippe added the bracelet-equipped 5726/1A with black and silvery-white dial options. The 2019 Ref. 5726/1A-014 brought a blue dial and bracelet to the collection, replacing the earlier dark and silvery-white versions in the range. Patek Philippe linked its horizontally embossed blue dial and black-gradient rim to the original 1976 Nautilus. Phillips identified a 5726/1A-014 at its 2021 New York Watch Auction as the first striated blue-dial example to appear at auction. Across its 2010 to 2026 production run, the 5726 used two generations of automatic annual-calendar movement. Early watches carried calibre 324 S QA LU 24H/303, while later official specifications list calibre 26-330 S QA LU 24H/441.
