Pre-Owned Patek Philippe Nautilus Ref. 5723

The Patek Philippe Nautilus ref. 5723 brings the collection's porthole-inspired case and horizontally embossed dial into a gem-set rose-gold execution. Introduced as a reference family in 2015 and still in production, it occupies a rare position among time-and-date Nautilus models. The diamond-set configuration uses 32 baguette-cut diamonds on the bezel and 12 baguette diamond hour markers, while the ruby-set 5723/112R substitutes baguette-cut rubies in both positions. Current official variants pair a 40 mm case with the self-winding Cal. 26-330 S C, center seconds, and a date display. Documented early and special-order examples differ materially, including pieces with larger cases, Cal. 324 S C movements, and unusual dial treatments. Christie's reports that the 5723 family appeared in 2015 alongside the pink-gold 5711 and was produced in very few examples with either diamond-set or ruby-set bezels; 5723/112R-001 is the ruby-set execution, while 5723/1R-001 and 5723/1R-010 are diamond-set executions. Publicly documented rarities include a Tiffany-signed 5723/1R that Phillips described as the only publicly known pink-gold 5723 signed Tiffany & Co. The pre-owned 2024 Nautilus 5723/1R-001 available through The 1916 Company has a rose-gilt dial, baguette diamond markers, and a baguette diamond-set bezel. Every watch is authenticated and backed by The 1916 Company's 2-year warranty.
