Pre-Owned Patek Philippe Nautilus Ref. 4700

Explore the pre-owned Patek Philippe Nautilus Ref. 4700 at The 1916 Company. Patek Philippe introduced the reference in 1980 as a smaller Nautilus created as the model gained a following among women. Produced through 2004 and now discontinued, it is regarded as the smallest Nautilus made, with documented and catalogued examples measuring approximately 26 to 28 mm. The Ref. 4700 uses the seven-jewel quartz Calibre E19C with a date display, setting it apart from the automatic movements found in larger contemporary Nautilus references. Its long production run brought considerable variety, including stainless steel, two-tone, yellow-gold, white-gold, and platinum cases, along with ribbed dials and elaborate gem-set executions. Early records include steel and two-tone watches with champagne or gilt dials, while rare versions such as the 4700/6 used baguette diamonds and sapphire hour markers. Late-production pieces could be equally elaborate, including the white-gold 4700/153 with an emerald-and-diamond dial and diamond-set bezel. Available examples may include the 4700/5 in 18K yellow gold, with a diamond-set bezel, champagne-color dial, diamond hour markers, date display, and a bracelet with pavé-set diamond center links. Every watch is authenticated and backed by The 1916 Company's 2-year warranty unless otherwise described.
