Pre-Owned Patek Philippe Nautilus 3710

1998 marked the first time a complication appeared in a Nautilus. Ref. 3710 arrived with a power reserve indicator (the rotating scale collectors call the "Comet") placed asymmetrically between 11 and 12 o'clock on a smooth matte-black dial with white-gold Roman numerals. The 42mm stainless steel mono-bloc "Jumbo" case runs just 8mm thin and houses the automatic Caliber 330 SC IZR, a movement built specifically for this reference and never reused in any Patek model after production ended in 2006.
