Explore the pre-owned Patek Philippe Grand Complications Ref. 5496P, a self-winding platinum perpetual calendar produced from 2011 through 2021. Introduced at Baselworld in 2011 as the successor to Ref. 5050, Patek Philippe's first serially produced perpetual calendar with a retrograde date, the 5496P places its central retrograde date hand within a display inspired by the 1937 Ref. 96. Day and month appear in apertures at 9 and 3 o'clock, with leap year at 12 and moon phase at 6. The reference began with the silvered-dial 5496P-001. The honey-brown 5496P-014 followed in 2014 and remained in catalogues for only two years. A most probably unique special-order 5496P-011 paired a blue dial with Breguet numerals in 2015. From 2016 through 2021, the final 5496P-015 introduced a vertically satin-finished silvery dial with pink-gold markers, hands and date micro-appliques.
