Pre-Owned Patek Philippe Complications Ref. 7121J

Introduced at Baselworld 2013, Patek Philippe Complications ref. 7121J brought the manufacture's manually wound moon-phase display to a 33.3 mm, 18K yellow-gold Officer-style case. The original 7121J-001, produced through 2022, combines a cream grained brass dial with applied italic Breguet numerals, small seconds, gold-dust moon-and-star symbols, and a bezel set with 66 brilliant-cut diamonds. It was delivered on a beige alligator strap with a yellow-gold pin buckle. Patek Philippe expanded the reference in 2014 with the 7121/1J-001, a separate execution featuring a seven-row bracelet of polished yellow-gold links and a generally silvered or silvery-white grained dial. That bracelet model remained in production through 2021, while the strap version appeared on the reported 2022 run-out list and is now discontinued. Both executions use the manually wound calibre 215 PS LU. Its 157-part construction includes 18 jewels, a Gyromax balance, a Spiromax balance spring operating at 4 Hz, and a maximum 44-hour power reserve. The moon-phase mechanism is specified to accumulate an error of only one day every 122 years.
