Introduced in 2013, Patek Philippe Ref. 7121 is a manually wound moon-phase watch built around the compact caliber 215 PS LU. The original 7121J-001 paired a 33 mm yellow-gold Officer-style case with a grained cream dial, beige alligator strap, and a bezel set with 66 diamonds. Its small seconds and moon-phase display share the subdial at 6 o'clock, while the corrector sits at 8 o'clock. Patek Philippe specifies that the moon-phase indication requires correction by only one day every 122 years. The bracelet-equipped 7121/1J-001 followed in 2014, replacing the strap with a yellow-gold bracelet and using a silvered or white dial. The original yellow-gold 7121J-001 appeared on Patek Philippe's 2022 run-out list as the reference moved toward the white-gold 7121/200G series. Ref. 7121/200G-001 combines a blue sunburst dial and sapphire-blue alligator strap with a two-row Dentelle bezel set with 132 diamonds totaling approximately 1.09 carats.
