Pre-Owned Patek Philippe Complications Ref. 5905R

Patek Philippe Ref. 5905R combines an Annual Calendar and self-winding flyback chronograph in a 42 mm rose-gold case. Introduced in 2019 after the platinum 5905P, it remains in production through the blue-dial 5905R-010 as of August 24, 2026. The original 5905R-001, produced from 2019 to 2023, pairs a brown sunburst dial that darkens toward black at the edge with a glossy black alligator strap and rose-gold pin buckle. Its successor, the 5905R-010, arrived in 2023 with a blue sunburst dial and shiny dark-blue alligator strap, retaining the rose-gold case and pin buckle. Both executions use calibre CH 28-520 QA 24H, a 402-part movement with a vertical-clutch flyback chronograph, Annual Calendar and 45 to 55-hour power reserve. Day, date and month appear in an arc of apertures, while the large counter at 6 o'clock records 60 minutes and contains the day/night display. The vertical disk clutch allows the central chronograph-seconds hand to run continuously as a seconds indication, eliminating the need for a separate small-seconds register.
