Patek Philippe Ref. 5131R is a rose-gold World Time within the Complications family, pairing the self-winding calibre 240 HU with a cloisonné-enamel map dial. The pink-gold 5131R was launched in 2014 and produced for approximately three years; examples are documented circa 2015-2017. Now discontinued, it depicts Asia, Oceania and the Americas, a geographic composition that separates it from the yellow-gold and white-gold 5131 executions. Its 39.5 mm case frames italicized city names and bezel engraving for Patek Philippe and Genève, details introduced by the 5131 family alongside the enamel dial. The approximately three-year run comprises successive 5131R-001, 5131R-010 and 5131R-011 executions, each identified by a different city-ring layout. Beneath the dial, the ultra-thin calibre 240 HU uses a recessed 22K-gold micro-rotor and a patented system that isolates time-zone changes from the going train.
