Pre-Owned Patek Philippe Complications Ref. 5130
Introduced in March 2006 as the direct successor to Ref. 5110, Patek Philippe Ref. 5130 continued the manufacture's Louis Cottier-inspired World Time lineage. Its Calatrava-style case grew from 37 mm to 39.5 mm, creating room for a wider, more legible 24-city ring while retaining a slim profile. The dial drew explicitly from the 1930s Ref. 1415 HU, and its ring-shaped hour hand, reserved by Patek Philippe for World Time watches, was designed to evoke a globe.
Produced from 2006 through 2016, the discontinued 5130 appeared in yellow, white, and rose gold as well as platinum, with strap, bracelet, and limited-edition executions. Caliber 240 HU uses a 22K-gold micro-rotor and displays all 24 time zones simultaneously. Pressing the control at 10 o'clock advances the local hour, city disk, and 24-hour disk together by one interval without disturbing the minute hand.
The reference ranges from standard guilloché dials to bracelet models and location-specific editions for Shanghai, Munich, Dubai, Mecca, Beirut, and Edinburgh. Every example available through The 1916 Company is authenticated and backed by our 2-year warranty.
