Pre-owned Van Cleef & Arpels 18k rose gold, carnelian and diamond drop earrings from the Sweet Hearts collection. These earrings feature posts with an omega backing attached to a sweet sized heart motif set with a carnelian stone. Suspended from the heart motif, on an oval-link chain, are three additional carnelian set hearts complete with a round brilliant-cut diamond at the center. Each heart motif is finished with a beaded edge.
