Amanda grew up in Denver, Colorado with jewelry in her bones — her great-grandfather was a metalsmith during the Great Depression, and that legacy eventually drew her to the bench herself. A self-taught metalsmith and designer, she has handcrafted original collections and worked with custom clients around the world. A career in digital marketing eventually brought her to The 1916 Company, where she combines a craftsperson's understanding of how jewelry is made with a marketer's instinct for how it's discovered, understood, and loved.
