Pre-Owned Patek Philippe Twenty~4 Ref. 4920R

The Patek Philippe Twenty~4 ref. 4920R is a rectangular, strap-mounted dress watch produced from 2004 through 2020. Introduced as part of a dressier expansion beyond the integrated-bracelet Twenty~4, it paired an 18K rose-gold case with diamond-set stepped sides, a satin strap, and the compact E15 quartz calibre. Patek Philippe did not offer a steel strap version in that initial expansion. Two standard executions define the reference. The 4920R-001 has the Chocolate Dream brown dial, ten diamond hour markers, applied Roman numerals at 6 and 12 o'clock, and a brown satin strap. The 4920R-010 uses the Timeless White dial and was supplied with satin straps including vanilla and black. Both have 34 case-set diamonds totaling approximately 0.66 carat and a crown set with one diamond of approximately 0.05 carat. Our available 2010 4920R-001 has a chocolate brown dial, diamond hour markers, black satin strap, and 18K rose-gold tang buckle. It includes papers only.
