Power comes from caliber CHR 27-525 PS Q, Patek's in-house manual-wind movement with 31 jewels and a 48-hour power reserve, the same caliber first fitted to the ref. 5951 and regarded as the thinnest movement to combine split-seconds and perpetual calendar functions.
