Pre-Owned Patek Philippe Calatrava Ref. 5296G

Introduced in 2005, the Patek Philippe Calatrava Ref. 5296G translated cues from the vintage Ref. 96 into a 38 mm white-gold watch with automatic winding, center seconds, and a date aperture at 3 o'clock. Production continued through 2019, and the reference is now discontinued. The best-known execution, the 5296G-001, has a two-tone silvered sector dial with blue-printed double minute divisions and blued leaf hands. The 5296G-010 offers a more traditional opaline-silver layout with applied beveled baton markers and dauphine hands. Several scarce retailer and salon editions broaden the reference, including the gray-dial Beijing 2008 5296G-011, the Breguet-numeral Pisa Orologeria 5296G-012, the dark blue Somazzi anniversary 5296G-013, and the blue sunburst Hausmann & Co. 5296G-017. All use the automatic Patek Philippe Calibre 324 S C. Early examples carry the Geneva Seal, while Patek Philippe's own Seal replaced it in 2009.
