Explore pre-owned Patek Philippe Aquanaut Ref. 5168G watches, including the 5168G-001 with a blue, black-gradient Aquanaut-pattern dial and the 5168G-010 with a khaki-green Aquanaut-pattern dial. Introduced at Baselworld 2017 for the Aquanaut collection's 20th anniversary, the 5168G was the first men's Aquanaut in 18K white gold and, at 42.2 mm, the largest model in the line. The original 5168G-001 combines an embossed checkerboard dial with white-gold applied numerals and a midnight-blue composite strap. Its 8.25 mm overall thickness kept the enlarged case notably slim. Patek Philippe expanded the reference at Baselworld 2019 with the regular-production 5168G-010, pairing a khaki-green varnished embossed dial with a khaki-green strap. Early examples of both executions use the self-winding Cal. 324 S C, while later watches use Cal. 26-330 S C. This movement transition matters when comparing production dates and individual examples within the reference's 2017-2026 run.
