Produced from 2007 to 2012, the 5165A marked the Aquanaut's 10th anniversary. It bridges two eras: the updated caliber 324 SC and redesigned embossed dial sit inside the original 38mm "Jumbo" case from the first-generation ref. 5065, a size Patek retired when the 40mm 5167 became the primary steel Aquanaut. Five years of production makes this one of the shorter-lived steel Aquanaut references in the modern lineup.
