Pre-owned Van Cleef & Arpels 18k rose gold, carnelian and diamond ring from the Vintage Alhambra collection. The ring features a reversible, double-sided four petal motif at the top. One side features a polished guilloche pattern with a single bezel-set diamond at the center, and the reverse is set with carnelian stone. The ring is finished with a beaded edge around the motif and three rows of beaded 18k rose gold on the band. This piece ring is in a size 48 and comes with the original VCA papers.
