The top features an array of multi-cut stones including white-gold, prong-set , round brilliant-cut diamonds, and yellow gold, prong-set, oval blue sapphires, and cushion-cut sapphires, all of which are surrounded by a rim of round brilliant-cut diamonds followed by another rim of cushion-cut, blue sapphires. The diamonds have a combined weight of 0.75cts, the cushion-cut sapphires have a combined weight of 6.17cts, and the oval-sapphires have a combined weight of 7.96cts.
