5 Best Watches for Women in 2026
Now that we’ve gone through a few considerations when looking for your first, or next watch, let’s explore standout models, catch up on the guide here in case you missed it. Trying to narrow down 5 of my favorite watches in current production as an authorized retailer of 40+ brands, is near impossible.
New Watches in 2026 For Women
Here are just a few of my favorite watches for women, or simply five watches I would happily claim as my own, spanning a range of styles and price points in no particular order. Full disclosure, limiting this list to five required an unreasonable amount of restraint. While this list contains more traditional women’s watches, many of the watches I gravitate toward are not traditionally labeled as “ladies” pieces. Which is another way of saying I am quietly coveting a significant portion of our inventory, especially anything under 40mm.
1. Tudor Black Bay Collection

For something a little sportier, or maybe considered to be a men’s watch before a women’s, I find myself gravitating towards the entire Black Bay collection. There are many options across a variety of sizes, making it a perfect sports watch in steel. Some models that I love in this family include the Black Bay One 36, Black Bay 54 “Lagoon Blue”, and the Black Bay 58 with maroon dial. The Black Bay One offers a more sophisticated version of the Black Bay, and is one of the most versatile with case sizes ranging from 31mm to 41mm, and stainless steel or two-tone options. The model also features a smooth bezel and comes on a 5-link bracelet with polished and satin finish.
The other models are all going to lean on the sportier side with 60-minute bezels and 200m water resistance. The Black Bay 54 is a wearable size of 37mm inspired by the Oyster Prince Submariner reference 7922 and the modern release has a sand textured light blue dial. The Black Bay 58 is also an extensive collection, with stainless steel, yellow gold, bronze or 925 silver cases and a variety of strap and bracelet options. I personally lean towards the boldness of the burgundy dial with matching bezel on the 5-link bracelet. At 39mm and 200m water resistance, this is a perfect sporty everyday watch.

2. Cartier Baignoire

Another more jewelry forward watch is the Cartier Baignoire, a signature Cartier model for many years. The design was influenced by the curves of a bathtub, or baignoire in French and originally designed for the Grand Duchess Maria Pavlovna of Russia in 1912. It was relaunched in the 1950s and then in 2023 Cartier reimagined it as a bangle watch for the modern wearer. There is versatility in the size and whether you prefer a bangle or a leather strap. The bangle version is just that, providing a bracelet that doubles as a timepiece, with many women opting to add other bracelets to make it a stack. Personally, I lean towards not stacking bracelets around it for fear of scratching or damaging the crown.
If the shape isn’t your style, the Cartier Panthere is a great model that is sized as a more traditional women’s watch also offering versatility in size and materials.

3. Bvlgari Serpenti Tubogas

I love the feminine yet bold design of the Serpenti, and it’s an iconic motif from Bvlgari with similar designs found in their jewelry.
I personally lean towards the two-tone yellow gold and stainless steel Serpenti with a mother-of-pearl dial and double spiral bracelet. While this may be reserved for more formal occasions, with the right outfit, I see this being dressed down as well as dressed up. If two-tone is not your style or price point, the stainless steel single wrap is a great alternative. Both watches are powered by a quartz movement and there are different dial options. Going a step further, if you prefer an automatic watch, Bvlgari did release the Serpenti Seduttori which is produced with a quartz or automatic movement, this model just features a “traditional” bracelet with a flexible hexagonal design that easily wraps around your wrist.

4. Omega Seamaster Aqua Terra

Another sportier option I love is the Aqua Terra collection. The “Shades” collection was introduced in 2022 to help commemorate the 20th anniversary of the original Aqua Terra line, and features sun-brushed dials in a wearable 34mm or 38mm size. I love the versatility in color options and, being a fan of green, love the 38mm model with the Bay Green dial.If you’re not a fan of the variety of sun-brushed dials, the Aqua Terra 150m is also available in 38mm with the more traditional horizontal striped “Teak” dial. While designed for men, the size makes it a sport watch that can be worn on any wrist, and I enjoyed being able to wear one a few years ago in rose gold with a brown vertical “Teak” dial.

5. Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Classic Duetto

No list would be complete without the Reverso. The larger sizes unfortunately wear too large on my wrist due to the rectangular case and strap contour, but Jaeger-LeCoultre has many smaller options, including the Classic Duetto. What I love about this specific reference, Q2668432, is that it is a manually wound watch, a smaller case size (34.2mm x 21mm) and features two dial options for day or night. Unlike a monoface Reverso with a solid case back (which can be engraved), the Duetto makes two watches in one, although the two dials share one movement and will show the same time. The “Recto” dial features an opaline and sunburst guilloche dial, while the “Verso” features a black opaline and sunburst guilloche dial and diamond bezel.

Honorable Mention: H. Moser & Cie. Pop

Moser & Cie. launched an incredibly fun extension of their Endeavour model family with the Endeavour Small Seconds Concept Pop. Especially with this pink opal dial, that looks like bubblegum, it just makes a ‘pop’ statement. This rare Peruvian pink opal is contrasted with a bright green Burmese jade sub dial, a playful harmony of material paired with H. Moser & Cie. craftsmanship. Because of the uniqueness and rarity of the stones, this model is limited to just 28 pieces, although there are other fun colorways including a lemon chrysoprase dial paired with a blue lapis lazuli sub dial, or a deep orang coral and turquoise (as seen shared by @ladieswatch.club on Instagram). This is definitely for someone who loves a playful take on watchmaking and isn’t afraid of some color.

Ultimately, the “best” watch is the one that feels like an extension of you. Whether that means a sporty steel diver, a sculptural piece of jewelry that happens to tell time, or a manually wound icon with decades of history behind it, there are no rules, only preferences. Case sizes are more fluid, materials are more versatile, and the line between “men’s” and “women’s” continues to blur in the best way possible. The opportunity now is not just to buy a watch, but to choose a piece that reflects your lifestyle, your taste, and your ambition.
