Pre-owned Van Cleef & Arpels 18k yellow gold, mother-of-pearl and diamond ring from the Sweetheart collection. The ring features three sweet-size signature heart motifs, each inlaid with mother-of-pearl. At the center is a single round brilliant diamond that is in a prong-setting, from which a delicate chain suspends an additional sweet-size heart motif that is also set with mother-of-pearl. The three hearts are stationed a top a polished 18k yellow gold band that is a size 55.
