18kt. rose gold, mother-of-pearl and diamond Pomellato necklace from the Pom Pom Dot Collection. The necklace features a dual-sided round pendant with a rose gold bezel. One side of the pendant features pave-set diamonds with a rose gold "thread" in the center of the pendant, while the second side is set with a white mother-of-pearl disc with a rose gold "thread" in the center. The element is fixed on an 18kt. rose gold adjustable split cable chain. The pendant features thirty-nine (39) white pave-set diamonds with a combined carat weight of approximately 0.35cts. The diamonds are not third-party graded but are G-H in color and VS in clarity.
