18kt. rose gold, mother-of-pearl and diamond Pomellato necklace from the Pom Pom Dot collection. The necklace features a dual sided round pendant with a rose gold bezel. One side features white mother-of-pearl with a diamond "thread" in the center of the pendant, while the second side is grey mother-of-pearl with a rose gold "thread" in the center. The element is fixed on a rose gold adjustable 15"-16"-17" cable chain and is secured by a lobster clasp. The pendant features fourteen (14) white diamonds with a combined approximate carat weight of .05cts.
