18K yellow gold, ceramic and diamond earrings by Etho Maria. The earrings feature three (3) open, three-sided, oval links. The top link exhibits yellow, round brilliant-cut diamonds on the front and sides while the bottom links feature yellow, round brilliant-cut diamonds on all sides. The middle link is covered in white ceramic with yellow gold trim. The two lower links can be removed from the top link. The diamonds have a combined total carat weight of approximately 6.79ct. The earrings contain friction posts with a hinged lever.
