18kt. yellow gold, diamond, moonstone, and blue sapphire medallion by Penny Preville. The pendant features a flat 18kt yellow gold disc measuring approximately one inch tall in matte finish on the front half. The medallion features a single (1) cabochon moonstone, bezel-set at the center and flanked on both sides by two engraved crescent moons facing outwards. Both moons feature three (3) round-brilliant diamonds, individually set in shared-prongs. Circling the accents in the center are four (4) round-brilliant diamonds, individually flush-set, alternating with four (4) square-cut blue sapphires, also individually flush-set. The front side of the medallion also features gold bead accents and a pressed fluted design around the outer ring. The pedant is suspended on a high polish 18kt yellow gold function bale, which is accented with a single row of five (5) round-brilliant diamonds, each in a shared-prong setting. The total combined weight of the sapphires is approximately 0.25cts. The total combined weight of the diamonds is approximately 0.24cts. The moonstone weighs approximately 0.19cts.
