In the coming weeks, we will be upgrading our app to provide the strongest experience possible. Over time we’ll be adding enhanced features and functions to aid your collecting journey. In the meantime, please make sure your account is up to date to ensure your data is properly transferred to the new experience. 

If you have previously created an account with your email address within the The 1916 Company mobile app, no further action is required. Please note that your email associated with the account will remain the same, however you will need to reset your password after installing the new app. 

Want to log in or check if you have an account? Here is how to check!

1) Open your The 1916 Company App. From your Home Screen, click the headshot icon in the top right corner. 

2) Select the blue text at the top of the screen “Create an account or log in”.  

2.1) If you do not see this, you are already logged in and have a registered account. You can

access your information by selecting “manage my account”. 

2.2) If you are not logged in and know your account information go ahead and log in! 

2.3) If you are unsure if you have an account, you can check by attempting to reset your

password for your intended email. If you do not have an account, red text will appear stating

“Email Address Not Found”. If you do have an account, a reset password email will be sent

to the registered email address and you can follow the steps to reset and log in. 

What if I do not have an account? Here is how to create one!

1) Open your The 1916 Company App. From your Home Screen, click the headshot icon in the top right corner. 

2) Select the blue text at the top of the screen “Create an account or log in”. If you do not see this, you are already logged in and have a registered account. 

3) Then select “REGISTER NOW” at the bottom of the “Create and account or log in screen” and follow the on screen prompts to create an account via Facebook or by utilizing an verified email address.  

Other FAQs 

  • Q: Will my current login and password work in the new Mobile App?
  • A: Your login email will remain the same, however, you will need to reset your password to be able to log in with the new app.
  • Q: If I added Watches to my The 1916 Company, does that mean I created an account? 
  • A: No. To keep the watches you have added to your The 1916 Company in the new app, please create an account so we can migrate your information.  
  • Q: Who do I contact if I am having trouble creating my account?
