A pre-owned Cartier Love necklace in 18kt rose gold and diamond. The necklace features a 17 inch long split cable chain with a lobster clasp and two high polished, interlocking rings stationed at the front. One ring features the signature screw-design evenly spaced around the outside front with pave round brilliant-cut diamonds, while the other ring features pave diamonds all the way around the outside. The forty-eight (48) round brilliant-cut diamonds have a combined carat weigh of 0.30cts. The necklace comes with the original box and Cartier paperwork.
