Where’s Hyde Park Jewelers? 

Founded in Denver, CO in 1976, Hyde Park Jewelers was established as a destination for extraordinary jewelry and fine timepieces. Over nearly 50 years, Hyde Park earned a reputation for excellence in the luxury industry, beloved by generations of clients, friends, and families who sought the best in personalized service and exceptional products.

A Commitment to Excellence 

Since its founding, Hyde Park was known for its unwavering commitment to customer care. Client Advisors, watch enthusiasts, jewelry experts, and Graduate Gemologists combined product expertise with a passion for creating lasting relationships. This personalized service was further enriched by an extensive portfolio of luxury brands, which included the most respected names in watchmaking and jewelry design.

Hyde Park’s Esteemed Locations 

Hyde Park Jewelers extended its presence across several key markets in the United States, opening in Scottsdale, AZ in 2003 and Newport Beach, CA in 2012 with the acquisition of Traditional Jewelers (renaming the store ‘Hyde Park’ in 2018). In addition to welcoming clients into its expansive multi-brand showrooms, Hyde Park opened dedicated brand boutiques with leading houses of horology, including Breitling, Omega, and Tudor in Denver; and Breitling, Hublot, and IWC in Scottsdale. Each boutique and multi-brand environment was designed to be a space where collectors could immerse themselves in discovery, with hands-on consultations and curated displays featuring some of the finest watches and jewelry available.

Hyde Park Jewelers is Now Part of The 1916 Company

In 2023, Hyde Park Jewelers merged with WatchBox, Govberg Jewelers, and Radcliffe Jewelers to form The 1916 Company. This merger marked a new chapter in luxury retail, combining expertise, heritage, and resources under one brand to offer a more comprehensive experience for collectors. From the onset, this chapter opened the doors to a dynamic new segment for the Hyde Park community, with the introduction of pre-owned luxury watch collections and services. And this was just the beginning.

Preserving the Spirit of Hyde Park 

The integration and rebranding from Hyde Park Jewelers to The 1916 Company is unfolding in stages, with the most recent milestone being the sunset of the Hyde Park website. Soon our showrooms will also proudly reflect The 1916 Company name, while the familiar faces of our Client Advisors continue to guide you through the full experience of The 1916 Company.
